"DCC Meet Ups"
ABOUT ZWIFT
Zwift is an online training app that allows you to train with your local or the wider cycling and running community.Â
When using Zwift to ride, DCC use the available option of "No drop," (you have to keep pedalling). There is of course the option to just ride.


YOU WILL NEED
A specialist indoor bike: e.g. Wattbike. (or your bike, with a)
A smart indoor trainer: Attach the trainer to your bike, and it will do everything you need, resistance, cadence etc.
ANT +/Bluetooth: An Ant+ stick/dongle Wifi/Bluetooth connectivity.
A tablet/smartphone or laptop.
Download the Zwift app. Or go to Zwift.com to set up.
The normal hydration and nutrition for the duration of the ride.
A towel, maybe two, and fan, or at the very least a window or door open to help circulate the air.
TO JOIN
Our Monday Recovery Ride follow CJ Clarke (DCC) on your Zwift companion app. Tweet DCC (via twitter) that you're "in" before 1830, you then will be invited (via companion app) to the ride for the 1900hrs start, Get in early, any problems contact DCC.


THE RIDE
No drop - It doesn't matter what level you're at, keep pedalling and you’ll stick with the group.Â
"Ride radio" is via the Zwift companion message or group WhatsApp.
